Earn a Diploma
You should hold a high school certification and have few extra qualifications. A College Diploma in the Travel and Tourism field, for instance, will be very beneficial to you.

Learn a new language
If you are newcomer that recently received your Canadian passport you must make sure that you master either English or French, or preferably both. However, if one of those languages is your mother tongue you should think about starting to learn a new language such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Turkish or Arabic. Make sure you are in good physical health
Since flight attendants are required to physically assist passengers and lift luggage, to endure the nature of the job you must be ready to meet a few healthy requirements.
