IBT College and CanRelocate have partnered to provide recruitment and training of Home Support Workers for Canadian employers. Due to the severe staffing shortages in the home care sector, international healthcare workers are urgently needed.
The additional waves and variants of COVID-19 continue to put the Canadian healthcare sector under tremendous strain. IBT College and CanRelocate, working with a variety of Canadian employers, have put together an innovative training model to assist international healthcare workers in relocating to Canada. CanRelocate specializes in assisting healthcare workers from Nigeria, the Middle East, Philippines and Hong Kong find meaningful employment in Canada and submission of permanent residence application. All participants of the program will be exposed to Canadian employers seeking to hire full time Home Support Workers.
The training provided by IBT College is instructor-led by qualified Registered Nurses or Registered Practical Nurses.
